Refund policy

In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Consumption, the customer has a period of fourteen calendar days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons, nor to pay penalties, with the exception of the return costs.


This period of fourteen calendar days begins to run on the day when you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the last good ordered.


In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, BINET PAPILLON is required to refund the customer without delay and no later than fourteen days after the date on which this right was exercised. Beyond this period, the amount due is, by right, subject to interest at the legal rate in force. To exercise his right of withdrawal the consumer must validate his request in writing by completing the following withdrawal form:

This right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with our general conditions of sale. An acknowledgement of receipt will be immediately sent by email. Our customer service will contact you shortly.

In case of withdrawal of the customer from this contract, BINET PAPILLON will refund all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the fact that the customer has chosen, where appropriate, a method of delivery other than the less expensive method of standard delivery offered by BINET PAPILLON) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from this contract. BINET PAPILLON will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment as that used by the customer for the initial transaction.
